Nearly everyone is desperate for validation nowadays. Jesus taught his followers to speak words of life, even over their enemies. Members of Team Destiny are like players on the same football team. When one player (e.g. the quarterback) does very well, that’s good for the entire team and all the players regardless of their role or notoriety. Mr. Darrell L. Peck retired on April 30, 1994, after nearly 39 years of Government service. He had served as Deputy General Counsel in the Office of the Secretary of the Army since January 1979 and attained the highest level of the Senior Executive Service. The Secretary of the Army awarded Mr. Peck the Distinguished (Civilian) Service Medal, the highest civilian decoration within his authority.
