INTRODUCTION
Being thankful is not optional for the follower of Christ. It is a command of Christ and the will of God—”in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for YOU.”
My #1 personal core value is being thankful and the #1 core value of Empower 2000 (E2000) is being thankful.
What I have come to know is that being thankful creates an environment for love, joy, and peace to abound.
And it’s in that environment where we experience God most fully.
And in God’s presence, miracles and breakthroughs happen.
THE BACKSTORY
This morning after lying in bed resting and reflecting for about 45 minutes while listening to soothing music, I got up, went to our family room, knelt down, and prayed the Lord’s Prayer and O Holy Spirit prayer.
Then I asked the LORD to show me what He wanted me to share with you for Thanksgiving.
To my delight and surprise, when I went to my home office and opened a company app, I discovered a powerful video message titled “Be Joyful” with Glenisaah, Maureen, and Veronica.

Prayer Power
Heavenly Father, we praise You as the God of JOY, the God who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ… (Ephesians 1:3). Fill my joy tank to overflowing that I may be salt and light to those I am around and encounter. I choose to obey You no matter what—to rejoice always, pray without ceasing, and in everything give thanks. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen and hallelujah.

Thank so much for sharing. This filled our hearts with so much love an appreciation for being in alignment with this mentor covering. I say with all saints rejoice, again I say rejoice! I arise into my new level of strength in this armor of joy! I release this joy into every atmosphere and spread this joy like honey into every thing I serve, I share, sending joy to others shows that I care. The joy of the Lord is a continuous praise in one’s beings. It lights up my face becoming a mirror duplicated in other’s face therefore: I set my face a flint with His joy and keep it on my person from the inside out !
